Couldn't think of something to comment so here's a pancake recipe: STEP 1 Put 100g plain flour, 2 large eggs, 300ml milk, 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil and a pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter. STEP 2 Set aside for 30 mins to rest if you have time, or start cooking straight away. STEP 3 Set a medium frying pan or crêpe pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper. STEP 4 When hot, cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them warm in a low oven as you go. STEP 5 Serve with lemon wedges and caster sugar, or your favourite filling. Once cold, you can layer the pancakes between baking parchment, then wrap in cling film and freeze for up to 2 months.

2 years ago I ran away to suicide but flew to stay at my aunt's place to go into therapy after she ask me to stay with her and think about it. I came back to my old house last Christmas, but my family are not there anymore. They allowed me to stay until the house is sold because they had the place on sale for an entire year already after they moved to a smaller house far away because we couldn't afford to live here anymore. I spent the time here getting back up where I left off but it just had to happen at the worst time when all the crazy pandemic closing was about to start and I struggle to pay anything and couldn't find any jobs available in the countryside. My family is poor and I haven't seen them in years since I left and my little siblings are like my own kids. My daughter was just born few weeks ago and I don't think I am able to get my 3 little siblings anything this year because of the pandemic it's been hard on us and everyone else to stay financially stable. My sister has a prosthetic foot that she worn since she lost her foot and I'd always do extra for her when I use to live with them, she is like a daughter to me. My family had gone through hard times because of bills so I Wish I could get something for her and the boys this year because when I left 2 years ago I left everything behind and I feel bad because I also left them alone without a big brother. But to whoever wins, congrats! It doesn't matter if you win something or not because to someone else it made their day. Appreciate what you have today and live on for the future so you can create more happiness to others. Have a great holidays guys!!
