THIS IS MASSIVE!!!! Junior colleges are about to blow up!! The revenue is going to be sick!!!!! Go to junior college first and get developed while still having your 4 years. That is crazy!!!!!
@BuffsNewsWeekly9 күн бұрын
Yup, the other crazy part, will normalize 25-26 year olds playing division 1 one football and extending their careers out even if they can't go pro.

I always thought it should be this way, this is great for them!

So anyone who played Juco has 2 more years it’s going to be grown azz men in college

This is the NCAAs fault. Had they allowed players to make money off their image and likeness they could’ve held things together but they were greedy. Now everything is unraveling. Nobody was thinking about half these things and they could’ve legitimately had an argument to make.
@BuffsNewsWeekly9 күн бұрын
Exactly! They shot themselves in the foot, and once the first lawsuit was lost, the rest have just been a result of the first rulings. The NCAA is done, and things definitely need to move on, they can't police anything at this point.

Good for the Junior Colleges. I’m happy for them. When does all of this go into effect?
@basketball_for_life259 күн бұрын
Wow, that’s crazy you’re talking about getting serious development I can just imagine how the junior college is going to look like in the near future. your talking about they could be some power houses just from this news right here this about to change the whole game of college football for real
@d3mist0clesgee129 күн бұрын
does that mean i have two years eligibility left 😂❤, hhh I was JUCO and D1 😂😅😂

Good ruling.
@Mebirduwine9 күн бұрын
this will be better for people ok with playing for lower divisions like D2,3 and Naia because people will now purposely go to the JUCO's to train and keep eligibility
@damarieab9 күн бұрын
This is awesome if you only want to play D1, but if you have NFL aspirations not so much, because the NFL doesn’t want 25-26 yr old rookies.

They may not in the past as those players were in college for other reasons, we will see what happens if more players go that route. They can also always leave for the draft after 3 years as well, so if just allows security for players going JUCO route.

Kind of True...but, I'm a Broncis fan and we took WR Vele at age 27 in this last year of draft. Kids go on missions, and still get drafted.

Are there any CU players who were out of eligibility prior to this but could now continue playing based on this ruling?
@BuffsNewsWeekly9 күн бұрын
Not even sure, sounds like it will apply the last couple of years, so very well could, would have to see who has played JUCO before.
@GILLARDA19 күн бұрын
Key note being, Division 1.
@BuffsNewsWeekly9 күн бұрын
The article and press on this says that it will probably be applied to all levels... NCAA doesn't want to go to court again over this as they will probably lose
@GILLARDA19 күн бұрын
@BuffsNewsWeekly That will be big. 💪🏿

Love this but need to also make it so red shirts are only applicable to freshman. I don’t need to see a team full of uncs running around trying to go pro pushing 30 1 medical redshirt per player. If you get hurt and think you’ll need extra time…move to a JC then come back
@Mebirduwine9 күн бұрын
It basically means if us mens league 30 year olds want to play at a Juco we can lol
