People are upset about the CFP committee not taking strength of schedule more seriously than just wins, but it's not just the playoffs it's also the Heisman. Colorado and some of it's players put up big numbers by playing no one. Anytime they played a halfway decent team or a ranked team they lost. They only had success playing weak opponents and for that they have a Heisman trophy winner and a QB who is expected to go as a 1st round draft pick. Whoever picks them up is going to be sorely disappointed in what they are buying because neither one is that great of a player. Put them up against other talented players and they simply won't be able to perform.

He's from Georgia. 🤣 But what I like about Travis and Shedeur. They went to a 1-11 program and made it their own. They didn't run to the easy team with all top recruits. The Colorado team was deficient but they brought that program back. As a NFL GM's, I would take them over players who had it easy. If I were a GM, I would take Shedeur Sanders as the top QB . Why? He went to a 1-11 team and made it his own. Even with all the deficiencies at the other positions, he succeeded. You seldom find top recruits do what Shedeur and Travis did. The top recruits go to established teams to play. Those recruits latch on to teams who have a winning traditions. They have 5 stars, top recruits, top OL, top DL, top QB, top WR, and top RB. They run to the good teams. I rather have a player who knows what it is to start at the bottom and make their team successful. That's more impressive than a Jeanty joining a 10-2 Boise State team in 2019 or any of the top players going to the best teams. Go to the worse and make that program yours. That will allow you to understand what it takes in the NFL because when a team is the worse NFL team or get that top pick, it's nice to bring in a player who knows what it takes to play from the bottom to bring your team success even when they could be missing pieces. That's Shedeur.
