I've got ASP paired with Walman too. They're literally the perfect pairing. Walman is so good for me. Not only does he score alot for me, he hits so well for some reason lol. ASP just skates around everyone and rips goals from the point non stop.

Man, damn "skill gap" got me again. Back to .500 in Champs 8-6-2, even though I outshot opponent 40-18 and TOA 12 minutes to 4, I was clearly outmatched by my opponent and absolutely, at no point was there any TILT in this game. I recognize that my opponent scoring 3 goals from the corner were exceptional skill plays I don't possess. Congratulations to opponent, I will continue to improve on my skillset.

I've loved FF Werenski. The one weird thing I've noticed is he hits so hard it leads to fights from the other team more often then not for some reason lol everytime I lay a hit with him the gloves are off. His one timer is basically automatic too.

Hey Cam...Happy New Year to you and your family. I'm 54 years old, and have been playing Ea hockey since 94 on my P.C. then transitioned back to a gaming console as the game moved on.Thats 31 years supporting this game for the most part from day1 of a season to the end. I am NMS but have the luxery of time as I have a disease (MS) that keeps me home, so "grinding" is easy for me to get what I want in this game. I do have the income to spend whatever I'd like in this game, but would NEVER spend $ for packs, and am insulted when I see $100.00cdn packs in the store. That is a decision I have made, but people have the right to spend on what they want, even though it's part of the reason this game is dying. I could get into a myriad of reasons why this game is bad, but in a nutshell, we now have a good game as far as mechanics, game play, but is being destroyed by EA with all the poor, sloppy, and lazy content decisions, the boring objectives, and the money hungry ideas that have permeated this game. The last straw??.... I finished the EX path last week, and just so people know, after getting Hedman (a great card), and the levels shown after, at 495,000xp. it stops letting you gain any xp or rewards, it simply rolls and you get nothing! So, for almost a week, and waiting for the next xp season3, I have gained nothing xp wise. ENOUGH.... Is EA saying that they couldnt just let it roll xp gained into the garbage they call rewards until season 3 started? Hard decisions to be made for my choice of favorite game Cam. Axel looks amazing but i unfortunately couldn't get him, however i did get 88 Sumpf and he is AMAZING, had to bump him up to 2nd line because scores on almost every shot, he will be 89 today and he was free with 6 Collectibles. i blew too much on FF 89 Mcdavid, Kuch (free 89 Miller), 88 Werenski, 87 Nylander and am about to grab 89 GoG Sakic but im gonna wait til tm just to see who else gets released thanks to your advice. I have them both can’t go wrong with either but I’d start with the Gretzky , Mario is smarter ai always in the right spot and rips goals easy . Gretzky great defensively and using him to skate and set plays up I have Gretzky as center and Mario rw. I’m sure if I put Gretzky as winger he would get more goals . I went Mario first and then worked towards Gretzky . I regret that cuz Gretzky feels better than supercharged mcdavid .

They never announced the trade in card needed for any TOTY card in past years? Why do you think they’d do it this year??? It’s usually just the highest OVR card for each player to get discount but they’ve never in past told you what card

The content team was run by the same people from NHL 20 until last year. The ways things worked were consistent, and for the most part the major events worked the same. So far this year, the new content team has a habit of randomly changing things for the sake of change (TOTW for example), I have no faith that the TOTY will operate the same.

How did you get the first one ? Can you get these in packs ? Anyways go to the team builder exchange . It’s all laid out there . I think you have to make 6 or 8 83 overall team builders (they can be the same ) by completing the teams and the cards it requires . Once you have 2 86 you can exchange them for the 89 . You will need 2x 89 team builders to make one of the next team builders that will probably be a 91 ish
