I made bourque and blake and tbh no regrets they are both on my 1st def pair and my god they are legit so good togheter. Surprisingly blake is the one piling up the points and bourque is the one shutting down the other team

Question? On the hut builder app for gog the adjusted overall for the MSP is Rob Blake highest followed by Brett hull who I have. Hull is 90.45 and blake is 90.75. what's this mean?

Ok so I’ve got 9 86s right now and need to finish the objective for this week which will give me 10, I’ve got over 30 collectables right now and I’ll get another 30 from daily packs, should I be getting more 86s to trade in later or should I make some 88 bnd players? My team right now isn’t crazy, I had my 10 hour gamepass trial during the pre order week and I only actually bought the game last week. Any of the 86s would make my lineup right now, so making them to trade in later would still help me in some positions

*Tip for noobs* when you finish a moment and select "exit and claim rewards" any objectives progress you made will be denied. Its a good habit to just finish the game, especially the ones that are only the 3rd period, etc.

Borque/Coffey's defensive awareness being so low makes it so hard to convince myself to get one of these guys man. I also have now used both in WC and they're nice offensively and with the puck, but not being able to trust them to pick off a pass scares me. That being said, I might go with one of them as well as Hull, but I'm afraid I may have to kinda shelter the OFD's playing time which would just make it not worth building. Gotta say though, I'm really happy to be in a situation like this where the cards are actually good enough to make me really think about building them rather than it just being a "Must Make" or a insta-pass. Keep up the great content Sleeves, even as a HUT nerd myself, this video did really help to provide me some extra insight on the cards.

I'm div 3 currently have asp ff seider and totm Makar. I already have Yzerman and Coffey. Never really enjoyed playing with the icons don't really care to have the old boys. Hot take but Yzerman in my opinion is way better than Messier for the sole fact that Gold Quickdraw is better then silver and also Messier just felt super sluggish and bulky despite not being able to be knocked off the puck at all. In addition, there’s the Titans Thornton who had Gold Unstoppable Force and who’s bigger than Messier and has better stats and this year more than ever smaller players are viable because hitting and body checks are absolutely abysmal. Both are solid, i just think that Yzerman is so much better overall than Messier. (EDIT): i’m also leaning to making Sakic, Borque or Fleury. Sakic because his 83 at the beginning of the year was the best card in my lineup and i know he’ll be good, Borque because his card every year is my favorite feeling in the game, and Fleury because as a blackhawks fan he’s a hawks legend and i wanna know how he’ll play with 99 speed and agility.

Question at the end Sleeves. Great list but Messier sucks. He is slow and energy drains quick. I didn’t like Yzerman, couldn’t hold the puck. I’m building Hull. I’m an O.G. My first NHL game was when I was 14 in 1991. It was the first, NHL Hockey on the Sega. Not made by EA Sports, it was still just Electronic Arts. Hull slap shots were amazing in that game. I’m going with nostalgia this event. Keep up the great work, I listen to ya while I’m tattooing. Question time. I did 4- 84+ greats packs for collectible trade in. I got 1-84, 2-85’s and 1-86. Do I sell them, build Bourque, or save them for TOY. I have a god squad, I am an offline chore grinder, and auction market guru. I have finished every event but the moments and weekly chores plus all wildcard stuff. This game has been the best in a while in my option as some who likes the GM side of ultimate team best. I have never made so much coin from this game before on the auction market.
