Mrs Jenny, I just want to thank you for doing your cleaning videos. Not 9nly are they very helpful with cleaning, decorating, and decluttering but they are amazing for the soul. I'm currently going through an extremely difficult divorce from a mentally, emotionally, and financially abusive marriage of nearly 10 years. I love how soothing this is. We moved into a very small rental when we moved city. It’s hard to find motivation to organize and decorate for what amounts to a temporary situation with no room for anything lol

First time watching one of your videos. I loved seeing the transformation in both of your closets. The fresh paint made a huge difference in the before and after! My favorite part is seeing the organizing solutions so I can get ideas for my spaces!

I found myself also having multiples of cleaning products recently. To de-clutter, I did just as you did here, choosing what I liked most. I made myself a caddy with all the things I'd need to clean and the tools and sponges/cloths as well. The second set went to storage. All else, I made into gift caddies, using inexpensive school caddies from Target as the base. These are small (for young kids) so that limited the amount of products and cleaning aids that could be put in them. They also remained relatively lightweight and this was necessary as many of the recipients are elder ladies who cannot carry anything heavy while successfully negotiating their homes. I chose transparent caddies so someone could look at them and see the contents with little trouble. I added fresh flowers- a few blooms per caddy- and a bow and a note and delivered them in my car to friends, neighbors and my Mother and her friends. (Mostly a 60-90 year age group.) This was so much fun, de-cluttered my storage of cleaners and got me outside my usual social patterns. Just thought I'd share- it may be too much for another person but the idea gave me momentum and joy.

I came across this video, since I am somewhat new to your channel. I want to say, my favorite part is the children participating no matter in what manner. It brings back memories of my mom and us 7 kids "organizing". Mostly prior to our long vacations so we could come back to a clean organized house and figure out what we wanted or needed on vacation. I remember on vacation my dad pulled up the big Winnebago in front of the laundry mat. It was a crowd stopper, since each of us kids came out one by one with bags of laundry. Then my mom comes out pregnant with her 7th kid. LOL The amazed crowd laughed. This was about a year and a half before the Partridge Family. Waltons and Eight is Enough came a few years later. I am stuck doing a deep clean in my bathroom, so this is truly an inspiration. I already organized the cupboards in there. Wondering what happened to the light bulbs? I noticed because I have been keeping them in my bathroom cupboard, wonder if they should be in my hall closet instead. My one vanity drawer is also getting massively clean. It takes me longer to do things, but I am getting there. I think I will use the "bins" or "baskets" in my lower cupboards. Love the rolling of the towels. That will help me a lot in finding the right size towels. LOL

So happy I found your channel. I also have depression and anxiety and tend to be a bit of a perfectionist and it was an eye opener for me to think of cleaning as therapy but it works! I have recently had surgery for cancer and have gotten way behind with the house so I am relishing the feel it is giving me to catch up. As I look around my house and see clutter here and there I realise that it has probably been the cause of much of the anxiety and each area I clean out is making me feel so much better. I find the key is to have a place home for every thing and the secret is putting it away in its home when you have finished using it, ie your now labelled containers. But it also means like knives forks spoons, like who does not have a cutlery spot. Imagine try eat if your cutlery was all over the house.
