But yes, unless they have an archive of the game itself, I really don't know is all I'm going to say....But again, it also could be "locked away", never to see the light of day ever again...hence why I mentioned the game at one point was accessible, but now, considering it was "online only" back in the 2010s up until its shutdown earlier this year in April 2024, it's not considered "missing" or "lost" media currently. We'll have to wait and see, but yes, Motorsport for the Crew is NOT the same game as the first one. There's even walkthroughs from people who played it back in the 2010s to help give us evidence of what the game looked liked back in the 2010s.

The ps5 pro is not for everyone just like ps4 pro was not for everyone it only had 14% or 20% of the market in 2020 by time the ps5 year 2 came around the ps4 pro had a 40% market due to price dropping Sony isn't concerned about public opinion-they know they'll secure that 14% profit again. That's exactly why they made this move. I heard the same complaints when the PS4 Pro launched, and it was only $100 more. Back then, people were hesitant to buy it too.

I personally spent $1,200 for a gaming laptop and it was weelllll worth the price, AND can pretty much run 7th gen emulation and even my steam games using Windows 10 as of now. PLUS, you can play music, work on documents and video editing, as well as accessing the internet and installing whatever PC application you can find on the web.

People compare the PS5 Professional prices to PS3. Here is why that is not valid: - Jump from PS2 to PS3 was huge, completely new architecture and technology, a new generation of gaming. And it had a disc drive. - Jump from PS5 to PS5 Pro is only marginal, based on 4 year old technology, and same generation of gaming. And it doesn't even have a disc drive. Then you should. Honestly do that. I'd love for everyone that says it to actually walk the walk on this. Also: skip windows to because the other console maker shouldn't see from a single nickel from new PC purchase either. But keep in mind how far it gets before you have to downgrade graphics in a new game to keep your frame rates up in your next AAA game. The biggest upside is you'll be paying WAY less for games but the flipside the need for expensive hardware to play the games at their best.

Why would Ubisoft going private be bad news? Less cooks and less pressure from outside forces means they would be more reliant on their direct customer base for funding. Overall less decisions are made to make the company "look good" and instead refocuses on core values for long-term Longevity. If anything this would be great news. The bad news is that this comes from a less than 1% shareholder that has very little power overall....

@@LeeG-iv3iw That's funny because I also used to buy myself a desktop until I ended up buying laptops instead....Handheld consoles on the other hand,I only played them maybe once in a while or when I was on road trips/vacations with my parents when I was younger. But by the time I was 15/16 years old, I stopped doing handheld gaming and just used them as MP3 music players, as I found handheld gaming is more of a "Lesser/Different" way to play than what I'm used to with the PC/Console gaming. And yeah, nowadays I do it on my laptop and man, $1,200 for a gaming laptop is not cheap, but it was worth the price for the features it came with, despite the board being mid-tier, it still gave me what I needed to play games on it. And to be honest, I started using PC more because of the internet, youtube, and listening to music. SO it just depends on what I'm feeling currently, but handheld gaming was more of a last resort or "if I only had this handheld console and that's it" type of feeling.

ok, at this point, i think all those "8-bit" or "16 -bit" styles are over-saturated by indie and fan games. i mean, i LOVE the style, don't get me wrong, and i think that X8 demake looks realy good, but i wish fan-games and indie games to be more creative and use other styles for a change. for example, i see nobody using mega man X4 -x6 (ps1, 32-bit era) assets in fan-games. but i praise the effort of the x8 de-make nevertheless. is their choice and i understand it. im going to check in the future, for sure. one thing is certain: the art tslyle of the original "3D" X8 is the only thing where that game is not good.

I agree 100% on the ps5 pro outlook. The ps4 pro took a 1080p gaming device and made it 4K, increased HDR, and had a steady 60 FPS in most games… the upgrade price for a ps4 pro was about the same price as a regular ps4, so you could sell your ps4 and pay a slight markup price if you wanted. where the ps5 pro is minimally better and $200 more than a regular ps5. Imo most people won’t see that enhancement anyways if they’re playing on a 1080p or regular onn, element, hisense or TCL 4K tv. A regular ps5 will do just fine for these people (until they make it so games are nearly unplayable and the ps5 sounds like a helicopter like they did the regular ps4)

My opinion is that the PS5 Pro Preorders will sell out. Not sure if it's because of real demand or the scalpers. The disc drive is already sold out on Amazon. It's hard to say what will happen, because the PSVR2 was a flop, but the Playstation Portal was a big seller, even when most of the internet thought it was horrible for the lack of features and price. Personally I never purchase pro models.

I said this on another video but the signs for what we're seeing were already on the wall. The SteamDeck OLED 1tb: $650... The ROG Ally X: $799... Aya Neo: several device that are literally $1000 The PS5 pro 700 before the diskdrive, the price isn't a Sony problem isn't an _industry_ one. Meanwhile Nindo doesn't have to do a thing but release another under powered handheld built around a roided-out mobile processor from 2022 and they'll still make huge numbers despite being one oof the most hated companies in the past year. Honestly, if the 5Pro just makes my back log of unbeaten PS4 games all run at 60fps at 4k, I'd almost want to give it a shot regardless of the PS5 library claims. Every system that some one claimed had no games still has plenty by the next gen, and we ALL have backlogs.

One thing that frustrates me is that while it would be so tempting to just sell off my PS5 and have the profits contribute to a new PC build, some games I've really enjoyed (and will enjoy) are only on PS5. Stellar Blade, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Astro Bot. Patient gamers would just tell you that everything will eventually come to PC, but then you have to put up with being spoiled on everything because of how relentless and uncontrollable the algorithm is on most platforms, and you'll always feel late to the conversation. Well, that, and I feel like I've got so many files that I wouldn't know how to transfer everything, or optimise my profit when I sell my existing build. Have any other Mega Man X games had demakes, or is it just X8? Because that's exciting AF, I love the Mega Man games but wasn't a fan of X5 onward.

The regular PS5 has enough power to emulate PS1 to PS3, Switch and Xbox360 if all got properly developed for it. Honestly I think at some point most of these consoles will be jailbroken and sail the seven seas if Sony doesn't put their shit together. They have barely released any titles making worth buying a PS5. If this continues I don't think anybody except the most diehard weirdos will be buying their consoles. Megaman demake looks good. I was never a fan but I may try it.

You forgot they are not including a stand this time. Probably another $20-$30 bucks. And as a bonus, you will need to replace Dual Sense controllers on a regular basis. Don't forget your PS Online subscription! And now those that stick with the original PS5 can get less optimized games. GTA6 will be heavily reduced or play like crap I bet, they'll use the game now to sell PS5 Pros. Not including the drive erases everyone's physical library, unless you pay $100 for an external drive. Don't forget the tax at checkout for all these things. Sony has lost its mind. Didn't they learn anything from the whole PS3 release?

⁠​⁠@@nifftbatuff676the difference is SSD saves the data using ones and zeros while HDD saves it by imprinting the data on something like a disc. Either way it doesn’t matter how something is stored or sold. Both are good options depending on what you’re needing it for.

Absolute asinine insane anti consumer business practice! Sell a new product with less features than the previous ones. And turn the hated idea of DLC into actually what Hardware DLC is! By cutting down the main product and sell its standard "features" separately for even more money! 800€ Console + 30€ Stand (from a console promoted to be in standing position, always in every commercial) + 130€ Disc Drive = 960€ for a god damn plastic shoebox! The utter insanity and the gall to even dare to sell such a shoddy product for such a shameful price in the first place! $ony already promoted the basic P$5 as 4K 60-120FPS years ago. And yet, barely any game can even hold 60FPS, if they even reach it in the first place! Jedi Survivor, doesn't hold 60FPS, it even falls below 1080p, even in Performance Mode! Dragons Dogma 2 doesn't reach 60FPS ever, unless you play in the night of a blood moon. And to top it all off, THERE ARE NO GAMES! P$4 and standard P$5 games, thats it! And barely any game benefits from the "Pro" version. Do i have to mention the 180+ Countries with P$Live Ban!? This still isn't resolved! As if the Crew could and should not have had an offline mode to begin with! There was never a reason for this game to be online only. Its just sheer stupidity and asinine game design!

Insane price, and Sony won’t fix the baked in input delay (worse than the PS4’s already bad baked in input delay), lack of variable refresh rate support, or lack of basic features like a web browser.
