Massive WinCo Grocery Haul | Stocking Up the Pantry & Freezer

Hey Rollers! I hope you are having an awesome day! So this week's grocery haul from WinCo is Massive for sure. I'm getting things stocked up. I really enjoy this by making it a sort of game. I rotate items from their locations (which I show) & try to fill it up. I really want to stress on buying extra foods that you & your home will eat. I show some canned meats & while our house wouldn't consume them (those specific ones)...I know that wouldn't be on my shopping list. But for you, your family might love them. I love being able to stock up my cart & WinCo's prices are great for it!

I hate to admit it (kinda) but I live alone, garden, freeze and can ALL the time and have 3 freezers and 2 refrigerators at my house. I don’t eat much of it but love to share with others, especially when they’re going through rough times. Plus with all the stress at work I find that my garden and the kitchen are my happy places for sure🥰

Yes. I live in Tacoma, WA. ALL STORES had NO Chicken...at all. Finally, they are back at Winco. The prices have soared! They were $1.49...now $2.29lb. Still better than Wal-Mart or Safeway. Love love love Winco!

I totally agree with you about the ketchup!!!!! You are awesome!!!! Also….when I was a kid, my mom bought (and used) the canned whole chicken! That was WAY before rotisserie chicken! Haha! It was really good!

Love that your store still has bulk food bins. My local Kroger got rid of their bulk bins because of covid concerns. 😡 They now have limited bin items packed into plastic containers. If I want bulk I have to drive 2x as far to hit up the Amish bulk food store.

Love the Grocery Hauls & your interesting tips & ideas. I am seeing on other channels hauls Chicken Breast is scarce many places. I was in Sam's Club last week & the first time ever they did not have Rotisserie Chickens but this week they did. I like Kraft Easy Mac & Cheese sometimes add a pkt of seasoned Tuna or Chicken.. I grew up with Log Cabin Syrup but the last time I purchased syrup chose Mrs Butterworths because it cost less but discovered later it has High Fructose Corn Syrup. I will be going back to good ole Log Cabin next time. My mother usually added a pet of Chili Seasoning to her Chili & it was good. Take Care!

We add broccoli to our shells and cheese. Sometimes we put a teaspoonful of Better Than bullion chicken to cook the noodles in. Just adds flavor. I keep dry milk for cooking and baking since we don't drink milk. Just make what you need when you need it. I grab seasonings all of the time. Lately I buy tortilla and lavash bread and stickin them in the freezer.

you can also use tomato sauce in the cans as well. I usually just poke a hole in the top with my bottle opener, the side with the claws on it, on either side. I also use Naan bread for the pizza crusts as well.

I grew up on canned veggie hot dogs and veggie buger. I get it buy the case to keep in the pantry. It is made by the seventh day adventist church, it's a meat alternative. I've had them for 60 years.

am in the uk i remember in 1970s getting hole canned chickens they dont do it anymore but it would be great if they stared selling them again they had the jelly round them my mum used to pull all jelly off keep it for stock would make stew or gravy with jelly for use as a family of 8 children

Love your back up pantry. Yes I watched Danny and Tina do the taste test of the Little Debbie snacks and ice cream. We don't have the ice creams in our Walmart stores yet. You did an amazing job getting everything you got at WinCo. Its nice to have some convenience foods in your house.

I do put my remnants of green onions in water but you have to have a little bit of white on it. And then when they get too big I just throw them in stock

@@HowInesRolls Once in a great while I get in the mood for a cheapo cookie like a chocolate chip or sugar as a dessert or pudding with a sandwich. Dollar Tree offers great selection on those types of biccies.

We live about 20 minutes away from a Tyson processing plant. But we don’t have chicken breasts at all, my daughter works at a grocery store and there is no poultry here at all. We live about 45 minutes from Chicago. And the chickens have the bird flu, in my area!

I’ve seen Vienna sausages but never heard of the canned hot dogs. Interesting. I would probably have to get them just to try them out. Lol! I think you always do a great job in getting things to make your family’s meals. And getting special little things each one of you enjoy. Have a great wknd!💜

Ur back pantry looks awesome!!! We’ve not made bread for a while!!! I’ve had canned veggie frankfurters in Germany and they where nice!!! We go thru soda’s!!! Nothing wrong wiv a box mix!!! We buy cakes and brownies made!!! Not watched the little Debbie’s taste tests yet as I’ve been busy studying!!! We like Heinz but won’t buy Heinz in the USA as they use a different type of sugar. I’m also ok with oats even tho I’m gluten sensitivitie!!! I love the ready to go pizza base with the toppings!!! We love bakery bread. Fruit at breakfast time is a German thing. We love sesame oil especially as it’s a healthy oil and makes the food taste better!!! Nothing wrong wiv Mayo!!! I used to give treats when I was a youth leader to the best behaved kids!!! It’s my housemate’s favourite cookie I often tease him!!! Candy doesn’t last long in our house!!!

We have a small deep freezer. I like to keep things in it like a party size frozen lasagna, Salisbury steaks, french fries, chicken, hamburger, pork chops, garlic bread. Also, I buy the krustees pancake mix. You just add water to it and what I love is that it has a ziplock top to the bag so it doesn't go bad after it's open.

I used to get it .. but I’m not a fan of packaged buttermilk flavor .. i like if it’s fresh (added buttermilk) .. it’s just a preference.. so I still love the add water easiness
