Wondered why all the traffic today. Big Money tourist in town screwing everything up. Explains the nit-wit from NC today, doing 15-20-15-10-15 in a 40 zone for about 2 mi. R turn signal….whoops, L turn signal….no, slower….L again…no, off. Red light, no turning signal…turns left after about 10 seconds sitting at a green light and absolutely in no hurry to make the turn. Apparently, no GPS.
