You forgot to have Sadie give the fish a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down. Since Roy can't chase rabbits and deer in the woods, I guess chasing yellowtail around the boat has become instinctual for the nautical hound. Beagles are the' pusses boots. The brief time (5 years) I lived in Georgia, I had a couple beagles, they are the best. Once again, one hell of a video, great job. I almost forgot I wish my lady could Gap a big fish like that you are a blessed man. Also fish like that. And don't tell me you taught her either. She probably taught you a thing or two.

Nick-ya gotta try this gizmo! I tried it recently and wish I'd discovered it decades ago. Usually things like this are a gimmick. This is an amazing tool that allows me to quickly scale tough to scale fish faster than I'd ever imagined being able to. It will blow you away on how it scales those yellowtails! I got it originally as I like to eat some of the smaller fish like grunts sometimes but fileting them it's too thin and dries out. Scaling is a major pain. This things does the trick. The key thing you need to know is counterintuitively you 'comb' the fish with the device from head to tail, not against the grain like you would scale with a knife. It does fling scales around, but man, does it work great. I now scale most fish I catch and leave the skin on to make it better for grilling and can skin it later if I want when I prep to cook. I have not connection to this device-other than a user.It is just literally life changing for how I can enjoy my fish. If you use something like this on those yellowtails and others it will wok really well. Give it a try-it holds a charge really long too, with real lithium batteries. I hope you and others like it as much as I do. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HD8WNQ8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Love Roy, I have a dog that try's to get the hard shell crabs when I go to dump them from the crab pot to the bucket, he goes crazy. If I get a small one and let it go he jumps in the bay after it. Enjoy your catch and cook videos.

Damn nice yellowtail!! Biggest I have ever even was 6lbs 2ozs but that was over 5 yrs ago in Duck Key. Great job of whole cooking him with crabmeat stuffing. I still prefer the 3lbers just filleted and fried with cornmeal but that did look delicious!! Hopefully it won't be long now until the Keys are back open and we can ALL get back to ripping lips😎👍👍

Sweet yellowtail...I used to live on Lobster Lane & either go fish off my friends Concept, twin 250 mercs or fish my bosses 42Liberty out of ORC ...& never have I ever seen yellowtail that size. Currently up on Lake Ontario in Sandy Pond NY by Salmon River catching a different kind of king...& the yellow jack perch are pretty good eating too! Miss those blue waters tho. Love the videos!

Hey Nick, we always cook whole fish here in the Bahamas. A big yellow tail like that we would do what you did other than taking out the bones but with a whole lot of seasoning on the inside of the fish and we score the outside as well. Makes every bite perfectly seasoned and delicious.👌You may want to try frying it in some oil next time they taste great like that as well😋. Love your videos buddy!!! Keep up the good work
