When you started talking about how sore your lips are, i was thinking that you are probably dehydrated. Most people arent conscious about it and dont drink enough water on a daily basis so maybe upping your intake will help. The recommended amount is at least 8 cups a day :)

It's not so much how often or how many times a day you wee, some people can hold on for longer than others. It's all about the colour. If it's mid to dark yellow, you need to drink more water. It should be almost as pale and clear as the toilet water. I try to drink 3-4 litres a day and ....sorry tmi....but you wouldn't even be able to tell I've been. It comes out clear.

But twice a day doesn't seem like an average amount and, given you have been having problems with dry lips, you could be dehydrated. Drinking water with every meal is great but try to chug down a couple of glasses in between meals as well. Increase the amount slowly but steadily. If you do it too rapidly, you'll feel water logged.

Sometimes cracked corners of the mouth is called angular cheilitis and can either be fungal or from a vitamin deficiency. If it is not getting better soon I would book in with your doctor. Also #1 treatment for chapped lips is drinking more water, so consider that part of your treatment too.

yup! Especially vitamin b deficiancy, which is corrolated to being on the pill. Don´t know if Lily is, but everyone that is really needs to supplement vitamin B! Being sensitive to bright light is another sign for that. I hate how most doctors just prescribe the pill and never mention this problem with the vit. B (along with so many other problems that come with it)

I think you should track the amount of water you are drinking just to make sure you are drinking enough, but I think the times people have to go to the bathroom varies for different people. As long as you are drinking enough water I don't think it's a problem.

i read that if you eat your dinner not doing anything (watching tv/being on phone etc) that you feel fuller a lot quicker... normally i just eat it infront of the telly, but if you focus on just eating your dinner, it fills you up so much quicker! which is only useful for me if there's leftovers because i'll just go back for seconds.... Hi lily love love love your channel. Just came across this advice. Chapped lips can be a sign of low iron,zinc or B vits. For me a better example for what you were saying about the youtube problem is like when I used to work in shops, and we've always been said that a store which is full of people invites even more people to go in. The one which is always empty with a bored shop assistant doesn't invite to go in at all. So I think whit your videos is the samen thing, obviously is better for the creators that the numbers of views explain the reality of how well, or not, has worked the video you've uploaded. I wee like once an hour, but I also drink (probably too much) water all the time! I can't get over that some people only go once or twice a day but I do have a weak bladder and that runs in my family 🙈
