Hey Lily! Little spanish twist on the chicken soup: before you put the chicken in the water, first heat olive oil and put the onions and carrots to golden there, then add the chicken to that onion&carrot & olive oil mix until it starts to get colour, then add the water and chicken stock & my fav trick!! A piece of ham bone it gives it sooo much flavour! ;) (i buy it in spain but ask at the butchers) I hope you try it & let me know

Kind of random, but you mentioned your Lightroom back ups and just in case you didn't know (because I only just realized when try to get deleted files back!) backing up in Lightroom doesn't actually save the photos themselves. It seems to only save the settings and edits you've made to the photos. It really doesn't make much sense to me, I always thought it would save the files as well! But I'm sorry if you already knew this, just thought I'd say something!

Not really. Avocado is great with just a bit of salt. Since she was going to eat it quickly, it didn't need lime. Although, with lime is an elevation. It's also great sliced, in chicken soup!

You know that instagram now has drafts? you can edit, upload, write the caption and tag then save as "drafts" then just hit post when you want to send it - I find it SO useful in the morning when I am in a rush :)

I get present paranoia for my boss, well she's more of a friend but she is literally the hardest person to buy for. She never wears make up, very rarely wears perfume and has the best of the best for when she does (Chanel), she doesn't drink, she doesn't 'do' chocolates or gift cards for anyone else as she thinks they're a cop out present so there's noway I can buy her them! She's extremely picky with clothes and jewellery and her jewellery only consists of real gold pieces from Dubai.. Literally she's impossible to buy for. This year I went for a scented candle and a vase from John Lewis but I still think it's going to be a disappointment for her 😩
