Very well done. I would like to see a more detailed build video if you have the video and time. I’d like to see more info about the machining, adapter, wiring, and the wide front wheels swap. Very interesting and inspiring!

Nice. This is giving me ideas for my dad's 1959 Cub Lo-Boy. Though, that one will be more challenging due to the engine being a part of the frame.

If yall wouldn't mind sharing the battery to AC transformer and electrical guts, I think a lot of people would like to do this conversion. If you are able to sell various conversion adapter accessories (engine mounts, bolt plates) I'm sure people would be happy to purchase from yall.

I think it would be really really cool if you 3d print a gas motor to put over the top of the electric motor just to play with people's heads I think that would be really neat.😉

What hp would the electric motor be providing that you actually installed?
@TKevinBlanc21 күн бұрын
It depends on the voltage you feed it. The motor is capable of 200HP equivalent. He said they would be getting 15HP I think.

_All day long_ Fat chance just on the batteries So what? a 30min run time? purpose built electrics only do 2-5 hours. All the losses of batteries combined with the losses of an old transmission? You couldn't be bothered to try and free the engine first or find something that had spat a rod? Still would be a fun run about though.

A couple hours at best, but thats probably more than enough for a utility loader hanging about on the farm. Its row crop days are long behind it, but for quick chores a tractor like this is great. I could easily have one of these that did no more than 25 hours per year, but would be really handy to have when I used it. No sense spending $$,$$$ for a 25HP compact for a job like that. Plus now you won't be dealing with engine maintenance arising from disuse.
