Think about it this way. Does it say anything about the outdoor activities? No. So how could we say it's better than outdoor activities if that sentence only discusses the classroom?

The general rule for books if to find something with 8-12 unfamiliar words per page. That's your level. And pick something interesting so you read more :)

Do you mean the free test on their website? It was published such a long time ago. The best tests are recent Cambridge books (16-18)
