I never miss your videos.. especially Collab with Dhiveya... have a query, how the sides will be cooked? I tried wit Paneer and the sides are not cooked properly when used skewers and I had to cook each pieces separately in the pan. Any tips? And yah, Happy New year☺️

Please use skewers thats the best and time saving. Couple of things to remember while skewering, #1. Do not push and pull the pieces to adjust, this will loosen the center point and you can not rotate properly. #2.Leave some space between pieces this will allow the temperature to reach sides and get cooked. The title in the Thumbnail is not based on what you saw on TV Screen but my personal experience with him. Thank you so much for your opinion and Would like to share mine too. Reality show is just a branding and most of the reality shows are well planned and scripted. What we see on screen may not be necessarily a truth or true face of the people who feature on screen. You will get to know about this if you happened to have conversation with the contestants personally. So, forming perception about someone by seeing on screen is unfair. We never knew if the plates presented on screen is created 100% by the contestants. I personally know him for more than a decade now. He is truly an uneducated culinary genius. I have tasted his food, witnessed his culinary skills and personally learnt many things from him. While the way of his speaking is raw, The Mani uncle, we know ( probably those who personally know him would agree that) is great by heart. Even you will agree this if you happened to know him personally. If this competition was meant for judging culinary skills alone, he should have been the winner (I do not know about the cooking skills of the contestants, though) because, he is not just great at cooking and baking but various forms of culinary arts such as Vegetable Carving, Fruit Carving, Ice Carving, Chocolate Showpieces, Sugar Show Pieces, Fondant Showpieces / figurines, Gumpaste Flowers, Royal Icing Art, Ginger Bread Show Pieces, Nougatine Show Pieces and Wedding Cake Decoration. Irrespective of this TRP focused TV show and its selection, Mani Uncle is a Master Chef already. Thank you very much.❤️😍🙏.
