I'll give that man cooking lessons, no problem! Go Richard! You rock, dude! Plus, I had a $1,000 bet I made last August that the Seahawks would go to the SuperBowl this year and you guys did it! I knew you could! Let's kick some Bronco Butt in NY!!!

Hey Bro, I was a former cook in the US Navy, (Chicken Wings) and I got this bomb Easy recipe you gotta try! Take 1 Bag of frozen wings from any grocery store, 1/4 Stick of butter, 1/3 Bottle of "Texas Pete" Hot sauce, 1 Pinch of Brown Sugar, and Some "Sweet Baby Rays" BBQ Sauce. Put the Butter, and Hot Sauce in the bowl, Microwave it for 1.25 min. Cook wings in oven/ or deep fry till they are 165 degrees in the middle, (Can buy any cooking thermometer, just to be safe for eating the chicken) Mix the brown sugar and BBQ in the melted butter hot sauce mix. Then take a big Tupperware w/ lid throw everything in there and shake it for 1 min. Take the lid off and you got some fire Chicken Wings! -12th Man US Navy. Darren Hartman

Hey Richard, I love that you want to get new recipes to add to your list of talents in the kitchen. I do agree you need a better knife. I think the perfect knife is a Santuko 5", it's a small, but great knife. Perfect for chopping vegetables. I agree with the comment earlier that the chicken should be cooked first ( almost all the way) remove, cook veggies then add the chicken. We don't want you to get sick. Keep on cook'in on!!! I'll send ya another recipe to try soon. GO HAWKS BABY

Listen... I'm pretty damned proud to have Richard Sherman as a Seahawk. I lurrve his ass an all. But more important than football, he seem like a stand-up fella. For real. Whatever that means... Suk it Harbaugh!

I just think it's cool that he actually lives in the city he plays for. How many players actually do that?

Dude, cook the meat first, then throw in the veggies & sauce to finish it. The veggies were no doubt overcooked & lost some nutrients. And use a cutting board--make sure to keep the meat & veggies separate at all times & use different knives for cutting.

Conner Willcut What's your problem? iiwatcher wasn't being nasty - just offering good advice - Sherman did ask for advice at the close of this vid, so chill. I would say - use wooden utensils, sautee the meat in wine with a bit of garlic and chopped onion and spices - (cumin is one I hadn't thought to try and will use it next time) then add veggies and cook for about 5 minutes to keep them crispy. Everybody has something that they can contribute. No egos - just sharing info.
@kimmiet.896211 жыл бұрын
TheSmokinBear Nice. didn't think of that....I told him ceramic. Garlic and ginger would be good too. Garlic and wine, Good stuff. Great advice. I'm with you. No drama needed season is so over , and I'm a 9ers fan. But I liked him way before all the drama in the NFC Champ. i just find the guy endearing. Bless his heart, he knows he's no chef, Lol.
@iiwatcher10 жыл бұрын
Conner Willcut 1. Sherman asked for advice at the end of his segment and I gave it. 2. I don't need to fuck myself--unlike you, I have no rage issues, so I have a gf. 3. Take your meds and calm down.

Sherm, ya gotta get a chef knife! A good 8 or 10 inch chef knife will totally change your game when it comes to chopping vegetables. Henkels Twin Pro S is our brand of choice. Love watching you play and listening to you in the media. Go Hawks!

Here’s my suggestion for reducing concussions: After a failure to convert on fourth down, the team taking possession should be bumped back by 10 yards (or more, the closer the line of scrimmage is to the new defending team’s end zone). This would encourage "going for first down" on fourth down, thereby reducing the number of punts. Tackles during punt returns are more likely to result in concussions and other injuries, because they are head-on, high-speed collisions. (Fans like "going for it" on 4th down, so this rule change ought to be popular.)

1 pound ground meat 2 cans cream of celery 6 cups of rice Milk Brown meat, add the 2 cans, whisk the inside of cans with milk till clean and add milk from cans. This is your meat sauce, leave on low. In a rice cooker, we'll before you start your sauce, add rice and water in pot... cook it. When rice is done, add sauce over rice and enjoy!! You can use what ever spices and toppings you choose. Every vegetable goes with it. Every fruit combo works too

should definitely try cooking pulled pork, all u need is a crockpot, about 4-5 lbs of pork shoulder sliced, 2 liter of root beer and about 24-32 ounces of ur favorite BBQ sauce, throw the pork shoulder in the crock pot with soda in let it cool for 3 hours than drain everything and shred the pork with a fork and than put the pork back in the pot with the BBQ sauce and cook for another 45 mins to an hour stirring every 15 mins so it don't burn, than enjoy with ur favorite roll!

Richard, did you know that granite countertops are great for defrosting meat? Place your frozen chicken in a zip log bag on your granite counter and it will defrost in minutes. Granite counters also make great cutting boards, although I wouldn't cut meat on it. Then you won't have to ruin your nice plates! :)

something delicious and easy to make is a meaty spaghetti. 2 cans of classico alfredo 4 cheese, 1 can of classico 4 cheese red sauce, 1 pound of ground beef well cooked, drained and seasoned as if ready to eat on its own. throw the sauce on the meat boil for 10 mins and barabin barabung itsa ready. i like it with spaghetti or one of my favorites is get a baguette cut open fill with store bought cooked meatballs and throw your sauce on top of it. only 15 mins to make.
