This man is playing is so moving and beautiful, I feel the tears streaming down my face. I know it’s because of his greatness but it might be that I know I’ll never, ever attain this level of mastery. I love his modesty, “and that’s all I did there”. I am 63 and have been playing fingerstyle guitar since I was 6. I don't use a thumb pick. Because of this video I thought I would compare my finger lengths. My left hand fingers are significantly longer than my right (stretching?) and my right hand thumb is loger than my left (years of using it for bass notes?).
