That's a good observation! Though you do see Yuma's blood on the lock briefly in chapter 0 which made me very confused when the pink blood started but it wasnt enough to give the twist away

Also, some of their Fortes would also be OP. . . . . . Aphex wouldn't have found anyone alive with his Forte. While Melami would have found plenty of fodder for hers.

Zilch is one and he was included in Aphexs demonstration. the fact that homunculi don't really die may have mess with Melami's forte though. musings: If Melami was to use her forte in kanai ward would she have called the spirit of the homunculus (assuming that's possible) or the spirit of the original human the homunculus replaced? could she have potentially gotten both? that actually would have destroyed the entire story.

When i first played it, i predicted that there was something odd with these meatbuns that everyone in the city loved... But even if almost everyone didn't predict that the blood was going to be in-universe colored...i have noticed it the moment Shinigami sliced my neck... The color of an roze, slowly losing its petals deu to time...and those lost petals will fly away with the wind, spreading the hard work of the lost roze all over the fields... This game brought me to tears...with the tears of happiness and hope

I wanted it to happen during their dance when Shinigami asks if Yuma is ready to give his life for the truth. When Yuma dips her, instead of Shinigami pretending to go in for a kiss, she did!

Man, this game of battle is like referencing the battle of witches from Umineko no Naku koro ni manga/visual novel/anime, in batte argumentations are WORDS, but weapons. Also the effect in the history and context give them different color, blue, red and golden. You need to search the truth of the misteries of the mastermind in each chapter, just like this game.

In V3, it is revealed that the whole Danganronpa was fictional, so it makes sense that the blood is pink.

No these are separate series. The only reason the blood is pink in danganronpa was because they thought it was too gruesome. The blood is pink here probably for the same reason but also because it's in reference to danganronpa. The dead characters in danganronpa are truly dead where as in this game the dead homunculi become zombies.

@@BigCheeZeMan the pink blood wasn't meant for censorship, it was a stylistic choice to fit with the psychedelic "Psycho Pop" aesthetic. A choice used here to obfuscate the Homunculi twist.

Anyone else notice the beach scene during the Shinigami Puzzle started to slowly turn to night. As if the sun was setting on this adventure. Spolier... Holy shit... So I was right that Director Yomi was a homonculus, but it was just the tip of the iceberg. Edit: Also, not gonna lie, I suspected Yuma was Number One, or was related to Number One, for some time now.

A sequel is heavily implied not once, but twice. 1.) Yuma asked his friend to hold on to the Book of Death until he was ready to come back for it, which implies that Shinigami will be returning in some way or form 2.) Yuma arrives in a new location, implying that this is most likely not the last time the player will be seeing him
