Mekk-Knights, like many World Legacy connected archetypes, sure have some wild plays to them, and you really made the archetype work so well with your plays here. Especially with how you can easily bring out Avramax as well as set up combos via the Mekk-Knights' Special Summoning effects.

Very interesting build of mekk-knight you run. Got a few questions: 1. How do you fare against Edlich decks? I feel that's my hardest match up. 2. Do you feel having only one "Girsu the Orcust Mekk-Knight" hurts the deck slightly? 3. When do you know to go into Morning Star over Lib 4. Also why no kaijus? haha

1. Honestly, idk, I didn't faced a single Eldlich deck since I started playing MD (even after the video I didn't faced one) And I cannot mention outside the game, because I also returned to play recently, so I really don't know how this match up goes, sorry :/ 2. Yeah, that was a weird one. I always try to build pure mekk as a go1st deck, but here I kinda play it more as a go2nd. It really changes how the deck plays put, but not necessarily hurt it, cause u have ways to search and recicle it. 3. I go with Morning only when I cannot follow up my plays with Lib+Morning=Avramax 4. That's a weird one haha I change my list constantly, and I don't know how much I like kaijus in it. Overall, I think having DarkRuler at 3 justifies not using a single kaiju

Key really shuts down that deck when you have indigo jumping around on their set cards. I beat Eldlich all the time. Once you stun the backrow, they usually surrender.

Personnaly I feel like edlich can be ez win, mostly thanks to your ability to create such an insane card advantage and a heavy board presence/control. Plus, yellow can pop backrow and isn't once per turn. Personnaly, I play a going second deck because you have the upperhand against most of the meta decks who want to go first because winning or loosing the coin flip isn't going to hurt my trategy (90% of the players want to go second) so my build focuses on breaking board. And for girsu, it's unfortunate but as you go second, it usually won't matter, but I still run corruptor iblee, a monster that can create collomn on going first, give an utility to your blue also on going first and can protect you to get kaiju or nibiru and can even shut down a lot of decks who don't plays any link. I play 2 gameciel on tcg but i don't remember if the bird lock is legit, so if it is you can run the wind one, you will clean it anyway. And to finish I don't really like avramax, shure he is a solid boss monster but sometimes, you might prefer keeping your mekk-knight on board for your world legacy secret/whispers/key and keep some board pressure, rather than put all of your eggs in one pretty fragile bowl. But hey, it's just my mind lmao

@@Xaiross_ I also have Iblee. It forces tribute summons sometimes our Eldlich can't special summon anything. I've faced Eldlich about I'd say 7 times and only lost once. Mekk-Knight has key and whispers so it's amazing that we can shut down the back row especially with 2 Indigo forcing 4 negates. Mekk-Knight is my favorite and I'm lucky it has an amazing matchup against Eldlich because I hate that deck haha

@@christophersebastiao7501 yes, mekk-knight have a lot of potential in this meta, even in tcg i'd say, prank-kids is also a good matchup, they struggles against the spam of big monsters, sky striker is the easiest in my opinion (kaiju plus iblee and a whispers = he's done), tri brigade isn't releavant anymore because without the bird lock it's not frightning anymore (sure the can shuraig to banish one and appolousa but usually it won't matter) and iblee also shut down tri-brigade and swordsoul...

World chalice better World chalice can be a removal if needed to be revived by secrets It can search card by banishing itself, and u can recover it with key, then have a free discard for morning star again Armor can only search if u waste a revive on him, and can only work as removal if you tribute summon it. Doesn't feel good Also, not both because they are "bricks"

Solfachord is pretty dope. Easy avramax with masquerena 1st turn. It can also end up with an additional solfa formal to protect your backrow scale/monster + beautia and coolia destroy into banish combo if your opening hand is good. I wish electrumite is legal in TCG so I can play this irl.
