Safe Zone is neat. Keep in mind its also secretly removal, since you can target the opponent's card and then get rid of it by tributing off for a True Draco or send it with Droplet or something. You can also chain it to their backrow removal and equip to their monsters. These situations are kinda niche but worth keeping in mind in a True Draco build, since we'd probably just need to run any half decent continuous cards we have.

Mist Wurm is a Wind Thunder monster because it lives in the Mist Valley that all those cards are from, hence the name.

52:00 i can actually explain this! In yugioh lore the "dark" type characters are often the good ones, while the "light" ones are the evil ones. For example in the yugioh anime Yugi is the hero that uses the dark type Dark Magician, while Kaiba is the antagonist that uses the light type Blue-Eyes, in yugioh GX there's an entire arc where Sartorius commands a cult of "light" to take over duel academy after being influenced by an entity called the "light of destruction" and its up to Jaden to stop him, who later on ends up using the power of "darkness" by fusing with Yubel despite being the hero of the story. So yeah that's kind of a trope in yugioh lore, sometimes the hero uses dark type monsters and the antagonists use light type ones, it doesn't always apply but its neat when it does.

I don't think the mechanic of playing on your opponents turn is going away anytime soon, if anything I think it's only going to get worse as Konami prints even more busted decks to beat the current busted decks in a vicious cycle. I think eventually every starter is going to be a quick effect that activates from the hand and goes full combo. Maybe then the coin toss won't decide games anymore as both players activate their combo starters on the standby phase of turn 1

@ well, with genex ally if your opponent has a dark monster out it could get rid of it as long as their monster doesn’t have effect destruction protection. Also, with borreload if you time the attack decrease effect right they can’t stop it
