That one Goddess meme is on a couple levels of context. The first versions of that template were from fighting games, with fireball or uppercut inputs. The Helldivers community then adopted the template because of the Stratagem inputs having similar levels of complexity. Then some dumbass on the subreddit did it with link arrows. It’s not a good meme, but I like the template.

One of my favourite archetypes is Fire Fist and that could be pretty much everywhere on the graph. broken: has technically tons of set-up/searching available, plenty of removal and Cardinal spins cards into the deck from graveyard and/or field fair: Despite all of that, it still has plenty of opportunities to brick and is prone to interruption (If you can't even pull one special summon (synchro/XYZ/fusion/link/ritual) off, you might as well surrender.). underpowered: Regardless of its powerful effects, the attack values are generally quite know and the ATK-boosts from the spells are laughably bad, if they even have one. Domei and Ingen don't even boost the ATK, which makes "Molten Destruction" an actually useful card, which gives the actual Fire Fist field spell a run for its money. It's additionally underpowered in special events, like the XYZ-cup. Playing it without synchros is fine, but if you can't even go into fusion or link, the deck is pretty much screwed. I'm trying to use it in combination with Fire Kings in the XYZ-Cup, but I'm probably almost better off playing pure Fire Kings. toxic: This is more or less the same as broken, but stunning is something that Fire Fist can definitely do. Lock down face-downs with Gyokkou and search Sinto (spell/trap-negate) every turn with Dragon. If you run out of resources, you can use Cardinal and Elephant to recycle.

Broken + Fair = blind second OTK decks like Numeron, Mikanko, and eventually Tenpai Dragon. They're broken because they can break boards and OTK fairly consistently (and they take advantage of Master Duel being best-of-1) but they're fair because they always play from behind and give the opponent the advantage of going first.

Instead it uses it's engine cards as combos, extenders, and boardbreakers, but you usually have to think more about how you use them Numeron and Tenpai are actually the same deck, right down to the 25 non-engine.

Big welcome with 1 lady 1 lovely also isn't bad especially as with daruma drama cannon paleos actually go to hand when bounced with big welcome and it gives insane hits of reasoning. Also tried dinomorphia but that either wins on its own or loses as you no longer have the life for grindegame

Tearlaments as it is with the current MD banlist is a very fair deck. It's at the perfect power level to be "pretty good" with some occasional high-roll moments, but not overpowered at all and with very realistic counterplay. I love playing it, and I love playing against it.

MD tear I think ended up more toxic than tcg tear because of the prehits. The extra space let you run stuff like mask change 2 into dark law. Abyss dweller and winda were also pretty toxic. I think branded without puppet lock is extremely fair but strong. Also snake eyes feels extremely fair for how strong it is. Yeah it is good but they don't main deck a single floodgate.

Agreed with the chatter who said "Broken but fair deck? Plants." Rikka Sunavalon is a really fair deck all things considered in the Yugioh scale of things. They just Kaiju you on your turn if set up correctly, which is far more fair than Handtrap into a turn 1 Winda while going second that Tear has actually done.
