to be honest, I've been struggling recently playing rankeds with my decks (stardust and dogmatika) and I've been saving gems for a while, now I'm not sure if I should upgrade stardust with a deck like this or go for branded despia or snake eyes, I also was thinking about building evil twin + spright.

Currently droll and maxx c is a problem now..I'm sure synchro deck will have tough time in rank Snakes eyes! Would prefer that..especially DIABELLSTAR engine a must have one

​@@shiroegoserasu1668Synchrons don't play that much into Maxx C you can still do your combo for the most part depending on the build but you would miss out on the stardust synchron search usually. Diabellestar package to summon jet synchron is definitely recommended but full on snake eyes in synchron plays too much into droll.

As much as love I Synchrons, they still rely too much on Junk Speeder to get their combos going. A single Ash, Imperm and Gamma can ruin everything and put a stop to the combo. I don't play them that often as handtraps are just too much.

Using jet synchron's search effect 0:30, while having a valid target in deck, will ensure that you're safe from ash blossom, ghost ogre, gamma or other handtraps that must be activated in response (because you chain block). Summoning Junk speeder using ASSD effect 28:07 makes it unaffected by activated effects (immunte to all handtraps). Finally there is a third option - to summon a negating monsters prior to summoning speeder 10:40.

If you summon it using Accel stardust it becomes unaffected by card effects meaning handtraps do nothing

Unless you chain block ash..most synchron deck can do that..
