The create experience in Power Automate changed. Do you think Microsoft made it easier or harder to build flows?

I must admit the first thing I do is toggle the New Designer off, I just prefer the classic view. But I’m trying to use the new designer more, thanks Heather.

Honestly, I was doing the same until someone left a comment about how confusing it can be. So in my not so fast way I figured maybe we could all get used to new designer together. Hope all is well with you :)

Hello Heather, I would like to know how to automate a process. Maybe you can help me? I created a quiz on Forms. The quiz is over 100 questions, and the answer key I created for it, is a separate file. Is there any way to set the correct answer automatically?

So I tested a Quiz in Forms and it grades itself you don't need automation for that. My question for your is did you create a quiz or form. Many people click the first button on the screen and that is a Form not a Quiz. They seem like the exact same thing but are not.

@HeatherMajors interesting. I was having to set the answer manually. I guess that it's because i separated the answer key and the questions. But i was choosing quiz. This is the process i am working with, and maybe you can help me: 1. Go to chat gpt, and also grab my textbook. 2. I then copy a paragraph from the first chapter, and paste into the chatgpt input, and ask chat gpt to create 5 questions for me, and give me an answer key at the bottom. Once i have copied all my questions into a new word document, i get another word document and copy and paste the answers into that. I then go to microsoft forms, and upload a PDF version of the questions i had saved in word document. So, Microsoft forms creates a quiz for me. This is where I struggle with the process as it takes so long to manually set the correct answer to the questions i made. I don't know how to set the correct answers automatically, and leave me more time to study. I hope it makes sense.

I see what you are doing now, but I don't think there is a way to automatically set the answers. Power Automate only has one trigger for Forms and that is "when a new response is received." The only action is "get response details." I went and tested the import function in Forms and had the same result as you, there does not seem to be a way to import an answer key as well.
