Jim Flynn, one of my favourite Doom mappers of the 90s. His maps require a lot of ingenuity, but once you figure them out, they are very rewarding and offer so much enjoyment. May he rest in peace, and the same for Dr. Sleep, another mapper for The Master Levels, who passed away about a month after Jim Flynn. Even Ty Halderman of Team TNT, he was another legend who passed away back in 2015, he helped keep up the interest in Doom, having mainted the idgames archive for 18 years since 1997, and revitalised Doom when he alongside Jim Flynn, created the Boom source port. This map is both fun and adventurous. For more of Jim Flynn, check out his standalone Titan wads, Eternal Doom, Interdiction Zone, Oracle (done jointly with another Doom mapper named Scott Harper), and the Enigma Episode.

one of the better Master Levels overall, but the part with the fireplace is very confusing and kinda ruined my first playthrough. that usable wall is not marked at all iirc, found it only by randomly bumping every single wall in the map which took quite a bit of time, as you can guess. and it feels very random, not satisfying. i could see the wall right in front of the hurting floor being usable, tried it immediately, but the one on the right? doesn't make sense to me. still, one of the more creative levels in the pack.
