@jenniferlatifa1314 I understand and then that puts you into a loop of I'm overwhelmed, I'm tired, I'm exhausted but I'm overwhelmed and on it goes. If you can, change up your routine. If you can do or see things differently, it offers you an opportunity to change easily as you want to instead of harshly which is not appealing to us. Keep going, you are doing great!

Grateful you popped up in my feed 💛 I too thought it would “happen”. Though I knew my 11 path, life’s chaos always stole my focus…and yet I still gravitated to healing each time. Finally, I’m giving it focus, but the self-sacrificing of my time is a hard habit to shake. It’s not ego or even desire that pushes, but something larger and harder to identify. Something core. Julie, wondering if you (or others) experience ear ringing. I have 11's in several places so I relate to your experiences. The last several years have really shown me how I am different (from the normies). I am approaching life from a much stronger view point, learning how to trust my intuition and abilities while remaining humble and not appearing too haughty to 85 % of the people who don't understand what I'm saying or doing.
