Master 175 definitely one of the greatest locks of all time.

Just opened mine with a pin. Literally never tried picking a lock before and it was easy.

I don't think a review is complete without trying to break into it. With combination locks you really don't need a lot of training to do that. You can try shimming the shackle, but i suspect it's not going to work on this. Then you can try inserting a thin feeler like a strip of kapton or some other thin sturdy plastic or metal along either side of a barrel, and see whether it starts moving when you reach a specific number, do this for all barrels, and you have a potential set. If the lock doesn't open then, you just rotate all barrels in one direction at the same time until it opens. If it doesn't, then you got a good one :) And of course the bolt cutter test, but i doubt you want to do that if you still wanted to use the lock. And oh hey, the sidebar recommends me a video about bypassing these in seconds... i'll go check it out. Allegedly just sticking any tool like a hook right along the top of the barrel no. 3 towards the right and pulling on it should open it right up. If that is the top security grade... then you should probably get an Abus instead.

Master locks are no good. Very easy to crack.
