What’s the difference between 1 and mono in the poly settings? The stock logic drums all are set at 1 but when I load my drum samples they auto set themselves to 8

Poly reference to the amount of voices. i.e mono just one voice. If you select 1 or more then you increase the amount of voices on the sound. Doubled tripled ect..

All good mono is one voice and when you select one you put another voice on top of the mono voice. So two will put two voices and three will put three voices ect..
