Master Lost Sector - The Blooming Deep: Warlock, Episode Echoes

I used the same build as for the expert: Patron of Lost Causes, Choir of One and Edge Transit, it worked well before so I thought I'd carry on using it.
After running the expert level I went into the master expecting much the same experience but I couldn't be more wrong.
The mid sector boss room became my personal nightmare, I did several runs where I kept dying there to various things and this is mainly on my play style and not using my super.
When I did get to the boss I decided to try and burn them down as fast as I could, which partially worked as I got their health low but didn't kill them. What did happen is the hive wizard was released and whilst I was trying to deal with an unstoppable chamption the wizard killed the boss.
I got the clear but only a silver on the champions and I can only hazard a guess that I must have missed some in the mid boss and final boss rooms, but no matter I got the triumphs which were my main aim.
