MS-102 is the exam that you’re looking for. Unfortunately they discontinued Microsoft exchange certification which seems crazy I know. MS102 is Microsoft 365 which encompasses exchange online and at the moment seems to be the best option 👍

Absolutely. You can add your own domain name via the Microsoft 365 admin centre or the Microsoft Entra ID admin centre, typically in settings and domains. It’s very simple to do. For more details you can also visit learn.microsoft.com

If you look at my playlists they’re actually a course. Many do go in-depth. Problem with KZbin is that people want to learn everything instantly. In less than 10mins. For me I try my best but you’re never going to learn everything for free. The world does not work like that. You could however sign up to one of my full classes or my Patreon site which provides more in depth courses 😊
