A major reason why rtl is my favorite album over mop is the tone. That album had the best guitar tone. And if you've listened to Cliff's isolated bass tracks, the tone from his rickenbacker in rtl is nasty.

As someone who's been listening to Metallica for over half a decade, this is quite the brilliant mashup. It definitely turned what was already a masterpiece (of puppets) into an even greater one. Gonna be listening to this every chance I get. Also, if you plan on making more of these in the future, I'd love to hear what their Spit Out The Bone song would sound like with Ride The Lightning's tone.

Yeah man there’s an excessive amount of reverb on the guitar tone on this album. Listen to creeping death’s isolated guitar track for example, and you’ll notice just how much reverb was added.
