I literally spent this morning trying to understand the personalization process and was watching several videos. I was getting so frustrated that I had to take a break and walk away from my computer. Thank you. I always appreciate your content. Question. I am new to Etsy. Do I understand that we don't have to "erase" the SKU when listing, and look in "other orders" on Printify when one makes a personalized purchase now?

@@stacyosborn4537 The old way was to remove SKUs and the orders would go to the “Other Orders” tab. The new way is to use the process shown in this video 😊

Do you give a preview to the customer before you send it?

No - customers are notorious for not responding right away (or at all), so I intentionally keep the personalization simple so that I don’t have to chase anybody down 😊
