I know you said you had to close or let it die your main store bc ppl found it and stole everything and then you showed us your journey for a new store. Idk if you’re on Shopify, but I was listening to Intro and I know you are very transparent and you mentioned that you had been a “prior” top 1% seller and now you teach others how to grow their businesses through courses, upselling your research content and YT videos, ect. Just wondering if you are still selling on Etsy or online on another platform and if so, what changed from you being a top 1% seller -not having the same experience in 2023-24? Evolving in your “slow life and enjoy it” by choice, new journey. Regardless, we are just happy for you and being happy in your new life-marriage, dog mom and moving. Just wanted to clarify if you’re still working on online store or not and why -if it’s personal choice or hard to do in 2024. Ty!! God bless!

I can confirm on doormats. I had a neighbor who did designs the for them by hand. If you lock in on the right interest group it can be a continuous seller. She did graphics and text, you cannot use the same types of graphics that you would use with typical POD products.

Thanks for watching!❤The desk mat was SPOKE Custom Products and the Garden flag was from Arts Add. I would recommend using Pic the Gift over Arts Add for garden flags though. For this video, I wanted to try Arts Add and should have mentioned in this video I was testing the turn around time from China. I ordered on July 7th and was delivered by July 24th- I know that's not super quick in comparison to US providers but they printed and shipped out in 1 day, the shipping was really what delayed the order unfortunately. I wanted to try Arts Add because they offer unique products like car shades, car seat covers, purses and a really nice catalog of AOP options. The downside is a bit higher product fees and longer shipping but they impressed me by the quality and processing times! All this to say, I would recommend the other provider that offers garden flags which is Pic the Gift(US based provider)because they are also great quality, lower production fees and much quicker shipping!

Hi Heather.. I have a jewelry shop on Etsy and I am a star seller… now I am planning to open a 2nd shop on Etsy which will be a general POD Apparel shop. So in this case, will Etsy again put a 90-day payment reserve on my new Etsy shop? Is there any solution to have the hold lifted faster like in 1-2 weeks if I am uploading the tracking info on time?

Printify or Merchize, but I usually fulfill by Merchize because its cost and quality are so competitive.

Is there a cheaper doormat option? I am looking at Printify, and they want $22.41 as a 'base' price with premium, then another $17.29 for shipping. Such a neat idea but not sure how you'd compete unless you are a rug maker. EDIT: I researched more and realized I am wrong. I need to stop agonizing in poor mentality and go set my Margins at 30% or higher and make stuff. SMH.

I don't want to deal with all that... but we can come up with unique designs people are willing to pay more for.
