you can also add the close filter bookmark to the background blur to close the filter pane if they user clicks off of the filter pane

Well, beside the main page with Yearly dashboard, i also create another bookmark to show Monthly dashboard . I set up the Yearly dashboard by default on Open Filter, so how can i change if I turn the Slicer ON while reading the monthly Dashboard instead of being switched back to Yearly dashboard.

You have to copy the filter menu layers to every page and recreate the bookmark.
