Hey @Test Prep Insight I’m a high school construction teacher with a background in architecture that’s fascinated with the idea of investing and developing real estate. After having to fully financially support my mother after her disability I learned that I desired to have greater financial freedom, but I absolutely couldn’t forsake my pay check and go two years without earning a descent salary. The Maryland program seems like a good option. Affordable weekly time commitment and broader coverage did it for me. I haven't looked into master program yet so my thought process might not be accurate. I reckon the broader focus will leave you with more options to choose which Master program to advance with at a later time
