Hey @Test Prep Insight I’m a high school construction teacher with a background in architecture that’s fascinated with the idea of investing and developing real estate. After having to fully financially support my mother after her disability I learned that I desired to have greater financial freedom, but I absolutely couldn’t forsake my pay check and go two years without earning a descent salary. With my time off as a teacher, a lighter, weekly, work load, an Ivy league name associated to it and a program that’s focused on practical skills along with a nice price tag, the Columbia University Corporate program best matches my desired lifestyle in attaining my dreams. Thank you so much for providing a great video that has truly helped me in taking an alternative approach!

Thanks for this I hadn't even considered the Columbia program because I was so fixed on the micromasters. I'm looking to show I'm well rounded in bushes knowledge and my core responsibilities around innovation and operations so this certificate makes alot of sense

Great video, exposure, and insight. Glad you made this video. I liked the MIT MicroMasters program the most. The brand name and cost are gems compared to a full degree, plus the credits will count towards the full program too. Thank you

I think I am leaning towards either the IU or U Maryland programs. Pricing is always a big consideration, time to complete and courses that I believe will enhance my skill set.

I would go for the Columbia one since it's a targeted program for those who want to specialize in Corporate finance like I do. Plus it's very affordable for an Ivy league name.

The Maryland program seems like a good option. Affordable weekly time commitment and broader coverage did it for me. I haven't looked into master program yet so my thought process might not be accurate. I reckon the broader focus will leave you with more options to choose which Master program to advance with at a later time
