bro rent is very high in UK and on the top electricity , gas prices are rising to its peak , its very hard for student to survive on 20hrs jobs , student only allowed to do 20hrs a week , even more companies only give 18- 19 hrs per week, many companies dnt even hire students so in UK everything is getting expensive , real pictures is that after taxes, NI , pension , rent , gas , grocery , electricity nothing left in pocket and only minimum wages that is 10.05 GBP per hour left for students. I do not where are those people are coming where they say they are making 4000 per month , its totally ridiculous

I have observed that Low ranking or middle ranking universities in UK offer MSC with a placement year while most of high ranking universities like RG or Red brick unis offer only 1 year MSc without placement options.. so question is studying at a low ranking university with placement year(which is student's responsibility to find) is better or a high ranking university without a placement year? However, students have studied at GCU and have been able to get jobs and the placement year looks very attractive. So, GCU looks like good option but just check if GCU comes in top 50 uni for your course.

While I was pursuing, I came across many locals who shared very impressive reviews of Aston, I mean never heard that of University of Birmingham or Coventry University. Aston has good record of their students getting placed post education. I am moving to UK again this September for MSc in Investment Analysis from Aston. I wish you the best for your future.
