My son was in semiconductor industry in India. Now he completed MBA from University of Strathclyde. But he got no job either in semiconductor industry nor in MBA related job such as sales, marketing, finance as he has experienced in semiconductor industry. Not in these industry. Now he came to back to India after applying PSW. Only the students who had experience in finance got job. UK is the worst country at this moment. They are earning a huge amount from international students but they have no responsibility to offer them job.

Now here are my two cents advice: Work experience in your home country matters very less!! With 3 years in your home country will go down the drain when you will land in the job market. Hummmm what will work then? - there is a saying when living in Rome, think and act like Romans. With that international smell no one will bother to look into your resume. - Be observant, find out which jobs are down in the line of local preferences. - Your VISA Type determines, your eligibility primarily rest is your relentless efforts.
