The founder of tai chi chuan Chang San Feng also lived during the yuan dinasty. He was a warrior, than he moved to mountain and turned his skill 180 °, to do benefit, not harm. I practice it very often.

My paltry Zazen? A Tibetan saying: meditation is not, getting used to is. ( gompa ma yin, gompa yin) . Umm, so here goes: deuling egrets fight for food and breath. So should I streamline my breathing, and prostrate my intent. Potted-rainbow's-end (ie hara, holistic center, core) And so, I, lower my eyelids - at a glance-. Just two and a half meters in front my meditation bed - tsan! T'is the dropping of point! And say to myself: Make it count! Simplicity's arrow? NAMASTE. Thanks, You Tubers, for the upload of this wonderful presentation.
