I recently lost my grandmother. I was extremely close with her and often times I feel like she was the foundation of all my inner peace. Lately I’ve been overwhelmed with grief. It’s in moments like these where I feel completely helpless, that I turn to your videos to re-center myself. Thank you for making these talks available for public viewing. I promise you this work doesn’t go unnoticed 🙏

Thank you sister. This meditation is one of the most direct and clear I’ve listened to. Some others from the mystics, while beautiful, can sometimes set the mind wandering/wondering. The concept of the heart has puzzled me over the years but now I know. I am home ❤️🙏❤️

That's because it's not an experience. It is the essence of Being itself, of what you truly are. Life itself in its raw nakedness. Present in every living being. It is unmistakable and unmissable...eventually.

When I'm out walking, I notice the body moving and the world going by, but the awareness in which it is all appearing is perfectly still. It feels as though I am not moving, and that it is the world that is moving through me.

For me the easiest way to identify the Still Point was to listen with the Heart, rather than the ears. Like when rain falls on a tin roof and you experience it in a wider sense than just the sound. Be quietly aware and feel it within. It’s easily overlooked, (it’s almost too obvious) so don’t be afraid to trust what you find - but hold on to it and return as often as you can. It soon becomes a sanctuary that you can instantly drop into whenever the world gets a bit overwhelming. Don’t be concerned about the actual name, it has many, yet is not of this world, whereas names are, so all names are just pointers. 🙂

Meditation has become an experience of falling into Oceanic Bliss, and coming out of meditation is like rising from the ocean dripping wet with love and wisdom and going on with my day in a state of blessing. I had an insight that this is the core meaning of Christian baptism and yeshua's teaching of being born again. In my experience, the core of meaning in every tradition has been revealed through meditation/contemplation. Thank you for your presence and your teaching. You have been a profound influence in my path of spiritual awakening.

10:06 p.m. Oops, Wesak is the NEXT full moon, May 23rd. This Stillpoint meditation feels so much like Wesak, that I thought, oh yay! 🎉 Wesak is just about here! Even though there's still a month to go, this year instead of the festival lasting 3 days before and after Wesak, I will be celebrating Buddha's return a month before and a month following May 23rd. If ever our world needs Peace 🕊️ and plenty of it, the time is NOW.
