@@ayushpathak5205 after you know the basics from the videos you will understand the books Videos are to provide the basics for easier understanding not to rely completely on it Even the video creator himself won't agree if you take the video as only a single source of your understanding of the topic. What i am basically saying is try to expand your source. At the end what is important is your final understanding. By adding up small bits of knowledge from here and there, you will get there.

during one clock period only once there will be toggle but if master slave not used then there was race around within one clock period that means toggle happens many times between 0 and 1 that will be uncertain . Thus using master slave remove race condition

if clk = 1, master is active and slave is in memory state. if j and k = 1 then mater ff does not goes in race around as feedback goes from slave to master where slave is in memory state which will not change. after that when clock goes 0 then transition from master to slave will happen where master will stay in memory and slave will be active.
