Wondering if anyone can help me, I fell and hurt my knee last month and never got it checked but was a good height I fell. Anyway recently my hamstring is horrendously sore to the point if I'm bending down to pick something up I'm nearly in tears.. Any advice? Thanks

I would need a lot more info and it’s hard to assess without palpating/testing. Have you got a physio you could book in with?

Hamstrings sports massage routine would have been more complete, if you included some Tapotements as well.

I don’t tend to use tapotement unless it’s for pre-event massage, but thanks for commenting
