Hello. Can you please address my question : For criminal case, at the stage of filing complaint, is it mandatory to supply or mention in complaint what all proofs are available against the accused ( photos, videos, audios, chat, etc ) ? Can it be told to court to not allow it to be known to accused at xyz stage since there are xyz things that are missing or weak and so if the available proofs are informed to accused, the things that could have been found due to their conduct will get tampered somehow. ( Since in Criminal as well as civil, it is required to provide a copy to opposite party, and this can have adverse impact on victim )

Complaint which lack baises and evidence is liable to be dismissed. And it is equally important to provide info to accused about evidence so that natural justice could not be prejudice. Moreover, we cannot hide evidence untill perticular stage in complaint except in case of FIR on the written request of investigaton officer as per in 173 crpc ( but not in complaint)
