I love your teaching! You are teaching all the necessary fundamentals in order to play modern pro-style tennis properly. Thank you for your clear top-level teaching. Playing tennis with the proper mechanics, footwork, posture, etc. makes playing tennis enjoyable and gives juniors and adults a chance to play at a high level.

Really appreciate how clear your videos are along with easy to follow progressions. But please don’t forget about us old timers who hit with a one-handed backhand

Thanks Coach Gema. Simple and straight forward. Easy to learn and practice. Thanks for putting it out by Friday. Weekends are always fun if there is something to learn. PS: Pete Sampress is the greatest player 😊.

I’ve so much trouble getting power with my backhand. I really do need to practice this self throw and hit. Self Throwing for back hand is weird.

Thx. Which leg do you load?
@gemtennis.
@gemtennis. 2 ай бұрын
The majority of weight should be loading on your back leg. As you begin swinging forward you push from your back leg, transferring your weight through your back hip and torso
