I never thought I would ever touch the Ruy Lopez but then I found you lol Also at 19:12 my brain picked up on the position somehow (no idea how I still remember lol) c6 is actually possible there if we remember Hikaru vs Vidit round 2 in last Candidates, Bb6 is more common no wonder Hikaru didn't know it much.

It's possible to bring it to b3. But, I think that keeping it on c2 makes most sense for our idea to break in the center
