Every eventuality thoroughly and succinctly explained as usual. The emphasis you put on perfection in each isolated movement really helps me focus, and somehow , takes the tedium out of reps and sets of the same exercise. Thank you!

Very good video Kat, thank you for the explanation. Could you explain the fundamental difference between this exercise and the version with just one knee on the ground? Which one do you prefer, and why?
