Stu, as I said before, this entire series has been eye opening. This last part has really pulled all of the pieces together. It has made me think hard about my swing and how I do it. Never thought about the opposing forces of leg length and upper body bend. When you demonstrated it, a light bulb came on in my mind. These 5 parts will be my new practice drills. Absolutely love the education, excellent job. Cheers.

My pleasure R2S - I’ve appreciated all your huge support. One of the most consistent commenters on my channel and every message is warmly received. Have a great Christmas and roll on some solid golf in 25’ - best wishes Stu

@ 👍👍 Btw, what do you think of “never too early to release the club” coaching advice? ie. they advised a la Nicklaus, to start releasing the club naturally.

Found the layout of this series format really good. It’s been helpful to watch each video before going to the range and work on it in a structured order.

Amazing series, Stu! Thanks again for sharing your vast knowledge with us. Your ability to explain and demonstrate what are often complex concepts, and make them simple, cannot be overstated. Before discovering your channel, I had gone down the KZbin rabbit hole, struggling to figure out why none of these techniques were working. After finding your channel, I realised how rarely anyone addresses key details like the grip, which, in hindsight, was a big part of why I couldn’t improve as much as I wanted. Most content offers little more than a quick tip. Your depth of instruction and the consistency of your message truly stand out!

Thank you Andy, sincerely. I try so hard to work in the detail of the swing in simplistic form as I can make it; this is my mission. Messages like yours make it so rewarding and I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to share your thoughts. Hugely appreciated my friend. Happy Christmas.

Great series, Stu. Almost needs a 'movie' with everything edited into one? I'm Looking forward to getting fit for the range in the new year and with the osteoarthritis gone I should be able to train the way I want. The Cartwright way.

This is an eye-opener for me and hints at the reason that fat shots have always been a problem for me (i.e. bent legs at impact). Can't wait to try this out on the range! I have a separate question: I have developed a sore left wrist (outside bone) and sore left elbow (feels a bit like tennis elbow). I have wondered what I am doing wrong, e.g. cupping the left wrist too much or for too long, as in not releasing soon enough? Do you have any knowledge, experience and/or advice on avoiding this based on your or your students' experiences in applying your swing? Finally, I wish you and yours a happy holiday and good health in 2025.

Thank you so Mike; golfers/tennis elbow usually come from poor leverage in the golf swing as long as the grip is as good as you say it is. Sure it’s not too much in the palm? Make sure of these two area and then lighten the grip is possible and if the ball isn’t going right you are on a good path to solving the ailments. Best wishes Stu

The left leg push up opens space for the handle .. I really like this feeling as I’ve always struggled with the early extension demon …

This video has really brought everything of your methods together. I've had some difficulty with handle pressure, but I'm thinking that a focus on the extension of the left wrist from setup then back and starting down IS THE PRESSURE ON THE HANDLE. Is that a fair statement since I've been feeling like I lost the feel of the pressure on the handle at the top of my backswing. Feeling the wrist extension tends to allow me to feel the pressure on the handle through the entirety of the swing.
