If a stock opens below the range, and in a single candle it goes above both R1 and CPR, it is considered to be very bullish 4. Hi Rajan, you mentioned 2 approach for entering the long position. 1) Enter after the bullish candle is seen crossing the R1. 2) Enter if a bullish candle is formed above the CPR and exit at R1. Which one do you advice for beginners? Because sometimes I notice that if that the momentum reverse in both cases as well which might lead to triggering the panic for beginners. Please advice.

I follow a thumb rule … if a stock is above CPR, look for buying opportunities and if stock is below CPR. Look for sell opportunities. For intraday, always trade on high beta stocks with lot of volume. Otherwise your entry and exist will not be as desired.

Hi Rajan, one small basic doubt. in Kotak Bank (at 4 min:37 sec) it crossed CPR range and also broke R1, so we can go for buy, however in SRTRANSFIN (at 6min 22 sec), this also crossed CPR and broke R1, but took a retracement (Almost hit SL), so how to take a decision in this?

Hi Rajan, I traded MindTree with this strategy today (25.03.20), I bought at RS.855 after the 15 Min candle broke the Resistance (Red Color Line). But since then there is a fall. Please guide me the correct way to use this strategy. I was also seeing Icici Prudential Life today and once it broke the Resistance Level (Red Color Line) and crossed the higher high of Rs. 275/- it was oscillating between 274 & 277 for nearly 2 hours, how to decide whether it will go down or rise at this period of time. But eventually it raised heavily to Rs.325/- after that point. THANK YOU!
