Good to see something from you. Best wishes for your Mom. Unfortunately, winter time is tough on our health. There is too little sun so we all get vitanim D defficiencies. I'm skeptical about the shape of the blade and suspect that if you wear it as a neck knife, the clip will irritate you. Use it as a clip knife in your pocket. Good Luck, Rick
