Sir how did you calculate the pre tax cost of debt? As I can see in the file that you have shared it shows( 69 ÷ 710) where 69 is int.expense of avenue supermart of 2020. & 710 is total debt. My question is how did we come to this conclusion of taking int. Expense of 2020 and not of any other year? Please answer sir. Thank you
