This is so insane, disvaluing and distorting of people's thoughts and emotions by brainwashing to believe illogical concepts. Loneliness is valid and there are ways yo get through it but humans are wired to being around poeple yes you can live with out them but your mind thrives with the brain plasticity created by being around people.. this is dangerous misinformation

@@musicalmercy5204 That's good you're already becoming more self aware of how you feel. Remember that the key to being emotionally stable isn't fighting your emotions but being present and aware with them. You can acknowledge that you feel a certain way and feel it. Trying to say that logically it's wrong will only make that emotion stay and fester. What you feel is valid.

“Try not complaining in a week” is this referring to external complaining or internal complaining? The external part I believe I can do, i.e. not voicing it to others but I’m not sure about the internal complaining i.e. it be in my head and I complain about it. Is there a difference? Will it have the same effect?

Years ago, people used to compliment me on some of the projects I did, and I would mentally shut down. It stems from being mentally abused as a child and wife. (Happy divorced for over 24 years). However, now, I receive compliments with ease and I do not shut down. I also compliment myself. I love myself. Now to find mentally healthy friends to have fun with with no scary clingy attachments. I learned to be able to entertain myself but I am having a hard time going hiking or sight seeing by myself due to seeing a horrible crime years ago. This audio gives me clarity. I am breaking the chain in low self-esteem in different areas in my life. I am good in many areas tho.

Imagine that you are a passenger and that you are waiting on the platform of a station and watch the trains roll by. Now imagine that each train is a thought. The point of this metaphor is to develop your ability to observe your thoughts from a distance, but with curiosity and without trying to stop them. Do not try to control or suppress the thoughts, it will have the opposite effect. ...Just observe..

For years.. I carried deep seeded hatred for people that I thought I had to. I felt a kinship with th e hatred. I owned it. I also had chronic back pain. The two fueled each other. The limitations set by the physical pain completely uprooted my life. Depression was me. After years of living as that man, I decided that I had the power within my mind to escape without the dying part. I wrote down that my pain would go and that I’d heal. One thing led to another and within a month or less I had a meditative forgiveness that set me free from the hatred. The weight was lifted. I actually forgave these people. I didn’t hate them anymore. Not a “ I forgive you” then going back to hating and remembering. But.. I forgive them all because.. love has no way to work in a house full of hate. My life is changing in dramatic ways. I’m free from hate. Free from the cycle of pain, blame, hatred, depression. The physical pain in my back was my hate. That’s crazy. Years .. years. I’m 52 now and feel free. Forgive those that cause you stress and that hurt you. Free yourself.

Thank you for telling me right off the bat that you couldn't keep your own emotions in ballance while trying to write this book. I was surprised to hear you ask the very question, if you can't keep your emotions under control, how can you teach me to? This saves me alot of time listining to mind over matter rhetoric. Control denotes one entity strong enough to impose its will over another entity. I'm not looking for tricks or techniques to charm my emotions, or beat them into feeling different; I'm looking for answers to find out why I feel that way so the answer makes sense.
