This, Art of War and couple others I read annually. As a business owner when I get asked advise, I usually end up suggesting PT Barnums “A.0.M.G” . Because if you’re already a fan, it says a lot. If not it is a great little nugget to ponder. And when you realize Mr.Barnum wasn’t doing well at the time he wrote the book, he was reluctant but was convinced by friends to write a book on his knowledge. This paved the way for his comeback later in life.

I only began making an income in my mid-30s, because I married young and didn’t work til after the divorce. With 2 kids to support, and save at the same time, it took 10 years for me to have some money in the bank. What I wish I had known even 5 years ago was to put that money into real estate. You missed why he billed her as "the Greatest Natural Curiosity.' He was told she was 161 years old, and had allegedly been George Washington's nurse. She went along with this story, telling tales of George as a boy. When she died and the doctor who did the autopsy declared she was actually about 80, Barnum insisted he had been duped.
